MindGym whitepapers

Rebrand the existing MindGym whitepapers, and create styles and structure to be used moving forward.

Faye spearheaded the rebranding of MindGym's existing whitepapers, establishing a cohesive style and structure for future use. Beginning with a thorough analysis of the existing content, she identified key elements. Faye then crafted styles for figures and diagrams, introduced a "bookmarkable content" section to emphasise crucial information, and meticulously set typographical styles. Planning extended to structure and imagery, culminating in a fool-proof template housing all styles for seamless creation of new MindGym whitepapers.

Online assessment tool

Engage more employees to deliver great customer service.

Hybris sought a method to assess employee customer service without scoring them. Faye designed a tool that gamified the experience and created a responsive online assessment based on the Olympics, which were about to happen. Users could choose an avatar and journey through the different sports, they would achieve a bronze, silver or gold medal. Once the user completed all of the sports they can register to download their customer service report. She planned the user journey, designed the interface for different devices, created 100s of illustrations and worked with the developer to ensure the outcome was as expected.

Which sporting event will you start with?

Hybris uses 7 phases to describe their customer experience. Each of these phases is represented by a sport. You can complete these in any order you wish.

Novartis counting down

Inspire Novartis employees in order to reduce the time it takes the customer to access good medicine.

To expedite access to medicine and aligning with Novartis's mission, Faye crafted a campaign focusing on three core elements: "Nobody," emphasising real stories of those Novartis serves; "Wait," delving into the impact of prolonged waiting; and "Extraordinary," illustrating Novartis's commitment to change. A countdown culminated in a significant event to launch the new message, inspiring Novartis employees to align with their mission and reduce customer wait times for extraordinary outcomes.

It starts with who?

Let's start with who Novartis is, and what stories do they have to tell.

We collected Novartis employees real, personal stories about their health experiences, and the impact that waiting has had on their “ordinary” lives.

The aim was to create personal emotional connections to the core message.

Two hanging posters with smiling models: a woman and another of a man holding a child.

Such a tease.

We used email to send our invites and start our communications. They included video teasers of what's to come.

The waits not over yet.

On arrival to the event, floor graphics and a flip out flyer direct attendees through the building and into a room, a little bit too small, and with not enough seats.

They are left in there, and they start to grumble and complain.

We wanted to simulate the frustration that patients go through daily, having to wait for everything.

Three empty chairs in a waiting room.

The final countdown.

The screens come on, and the wait is nearly over. We play a compilation video for the final few minutes.

The video finishes, and the doors are opened. They move into the large conference room, where they are greeted by our full employee story videos, followed by a speech by their CEO.

Automated design

Speed up the rebrand of a large portfolio of products.

In an effort to rapidly rebrand a substantial product portfolio, Faye implemented an efficient system for MindGym. Analysing existing products, she created thousands of ready-to-use "modules," streamlining the rebranding process. These modules, accessible from Creative Cloud libraries, facilitated consistent and expedited updates across the international team, aligning with MindGym's mission to transform thinking and enhance employee performance.
